A new study by the American College of Healthcare Executives has concluded that financial challenges continued to be the top concern for hospital CEOs in 2008, with patient safety and quality tying for second place. The ACHE study found that 77 percent of CEOs surveyed reported that financial challenges were one of their top three concerns, up from 70 percent the previous year. Article [1]
