Children's Hospital of Philadelphia partners with UMCP

In an effort to improve their pediatric services, University Medical Center at Princeton is teaming up with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Doctors and other personnel from Children's are set to begin providing services for UMCP this summer. 

Aside from stocking UMCP's pediatric unit with hospitalist physicians, Children's also will provide "board-certified neonatologists," and also will help out with high-risk deliveries. Furthermore, all Princeton HealthCare System employees that care for children will be able to utilize the resources of the educational programs of Children's. 

"We are grateful for the opportunity to work with UMCP to extend exceptional pediatric care to families closer to their homes, in their own communities," said Madeline Bell, executive vice president for Children's.
