SPOTLIGHT: HHS releases $6B in CHIP funds

HHS has released $6 billion in new funds for the Children's Health Insurance Programs for fiscal 2009. The funds are available thanks to the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009, which was signed by President Obama this year.
