Clinics participating in Minnesota's Bridges to Excellence program have had a good year. The program will reward 104 clinics from 22 medical groups with cash bonuses for meeting diabetes management and cardiovascular treatment goals. The number of clinics getting such bonuses has doubled since last year. Article
